How I Can Help You

The type of coaching I practice is about asking you powerful questions to allow you to find the answers that lie within.  As human beings, we may share similar beliefs, obstacles and concerns, and it is a relief to know that we're not alone.  On the other hand, we are individuals with our own gifts, abilities, and personal life path.  And it is for each one of us to craft our own answers.  What may be good for your best friend may not be the solution for you.  My role is to guide you in finding your own answers.  As it is, you probably have enough people in your life already who are showering you with their view on what to do and how to lead Your Life.

Another thing I will be doing is to teach you proven effective tools that will help you navigate life challenges, get past obstacles, gain clarity about your goals, and build for yourself a fulfilling life in line with your true passions.

As Life Coach and Yoga Therapist & Teacher, I have found that body awareness is an ideal starting point for personal exploration and to get in touch with our True Self’s voice.  The body doesn't lie.

I offer one-on-one coaching internationnaly by phone, Skype or in person, so location is never an issue.  Once you decide that I might be able to help you on your journey, please contact me .  We will have an initial discussion, free of charge, so that we can decide if we are a good match.  If so, we will schedule one or a group of coaching sessions. I offer a discounted rate for prepaid bundles of sessions. 

In addition to one-on-one coaching, I also offer group coaching programs on a regular basis, by phone and in person.  For further information on the group programs offered, please check the Programs listing and / or contact me.

A one-on-one coaching session normally lasts about one hour. During the course of a session, I will ask you powerful questions; guide you into a variety of experiences, including visualizations, relaxation techniques, dream analysis, etc.; and teach you proven effective tools in dealing with your daily life. All of these are geared to support you in gaining awareness, navigating life challenges, finding your very own answers and building for yourself a fulfilling life in line with your true passions. I am available by e-mail to support you in between sessions.

The number of sessions required to achieve results vary from one person to another. Not only is everyone different, but it also depends on what it is that you are looking for. In general, an initial series of 6 sessions will help people get unstuck, reach a place of greater clarity and inner peace, increase their personal power and level of life enjoyment, and make plans for attaining their dreams. Some people prefer to integrate changes over a longer period of time. While others come for some fine tuning with one or two sessions doing the trick.

When it comes to choosing between one-on-one and group coaching, it is a matter of preference and depends on what you are looking for. Group coaching offers the opportunity of coaching lessons at a reduced rate and will allow you to benefit from other people's questions and sharing. On the other hand, one-on-one coaching provides you with my undivided attention and personalized guidance. All coaching, whether in a one-on-one or group setting, is done in the strictest confidence.
